The Advisory Committee for Professional Service Contract Selection recently awarded GRT a Level of Effort Contract with the State of Michigan. A total of eighteen firms submitted proposals to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality of which fourteen were granted contracts. Selection was based on numerous criteria including personnel staffing qualifications, sampling and laboratory experience, assemblage of project specific teams, regulatory knowledge, adherence to rigorous health and safety and quality assurance quality control programs, and past experience.
